Job Title: Associate Account Manager – Commercial Insurance
Primary Responsibilities:
General oversight and management of assigned book of business in collaboration with lead Account Executive. Daily client servicing needs and requests, including but not limited to:
– Assisting clients with policy/coverage questions
– Issuance of certificates of insurance, auto IDs, and other forms of proof of coverage
– Policy renewal process management, including the collection of renewal applications/exposure, negotiating renewal terms with underwriters, and preparing coverage proposals for renewal reviews
– Submission of policy change/endorsement requests to carriers
– Oversight of claims, including the intake and submission of a claim, and monitoring claims through close
– Assistance with annual policy audits
– Documentation of all tasks within the agency management system (EPIC)
Collaboration with the Business Development Team to quote and onboard new clients, including but not limited to:
– Policy review and coverage analysis
– Submission of new business accounts to markets
– Creation of proposals, presentations, and other deliverables
– Participation in new business presentations with Business Development Team

Position Requirements
– 0-3 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– PA Property & Casualty Producer License preferred
– Experience with Applied (EPIC) Agency Management System preferred
