The Hawkeye Six-Word Memoir Project
Can You Say It In Six? The Hawkeye Student Newspaper is collecting responses for its second annual six-word memoir issue and wants to hear YOUR story! A project founded by SMITH Magazine and brought to the Prep by Caleb Datto ’22, six-word memoirs are a way to explore the diverse backgrounds and experiences within the Prep community. You might be surprised to learn about a teacher’s near-death experience, an alum’s incredible way of viewing friendship, or a student’s perspective that he developed during an intercontinental move.
Submit your six-word memoir here. Submissions are due by Tuesday, March 14. Thank you for your support of this student initiative!
